Steak or chicken: which should I get?

  • Steak cheesesteak: the classic. Charleys uses USDA choice steak, griddled and chopped with cheese. Go with this if you want the traditional version.
  • Chicken cheesesteak: made with all-white-meat chicken. It's a little lighter and a good option for anyone who doesn't eat red meat.
